Nichole Menzies is the Director of Corporate Accounts for the CRE Property Partners Group and Associate Broker with KW Commercial, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage. As a Site Selection & Acquisitions Specialist, Nichole leads a team of CRE professionals with over 25 years of combined experience to represent corporations and medical practitioners in their commercial real estate transactions.

With over 10 years in commercial real estate, Nichole enjoys assisting her clients with implementing product & workplace strategies that maximizes company culture and workplace productivity. Whether you are a medical practitioner, corporation or government entity, Nichole and her team demonstrate a relentless commitment to surpassing expectations. Nichole’s sharp negotiation skills, top notch client service and innate attention to detail have significantly contributed to her demand. She is highly skilled in tenant representation, advisory services, strategic uses of real estate, project management and organizational management.

Nichole has a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the City University of New York and in 2018, pursued and received the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation from the CCIM Institute, a designation highly respected within the industry. She is currently pursuing the Master’s in Corporate Real Estate (MCR) Designation by CoreNet Global and is a proud alumni of Project Reap. She is the Chairperson for the CRE leadership committee.

When Nichole is not passionately advocating for her clients she enjoys teaching, playing tennis and exploring the world with her husband, Lee, a United States Army retired Veteran and their 3 children. As a military spouse, Nichole is sensitive to the issues that affect Veterans and military families around the world and is a staunch supporter of the Wounded Warrior project.
